At Theyya, we aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines and delivery terms.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number (if applicable).

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery method.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Theyya is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Theyya is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@theyya.ma and we’ll assist you with filing a claim or replacement.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may incur reshipping fees.
